POLICIES

Although we think the option of skiing snowcats is a great alternative, it is up to each skier to decide to take advantage of this option. If so, the vertical lift of the snowcat is deducted from the total guarantee of 39,000 vertical feet for three-day tour. On the rare occasion when any skier should ski only with the snowcats for the entire three days, we will refund the skier an amount equal to $15.00 per 1,000 feet of vertical to cover the 39,000 feet guarantee, and Ruby Mountain Helicopter Skiing will automatically apply a $500 deposit towards a future trip to the Rubies later that season or the following season
