    POLICIES
  • We require a minimum of four people to operate on any given day. This minimum does not apply to Private Parties. If you have less than four in your group, we will work to fill the required seats so we may operate.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total reservation amount is required at the time of booking your skiing dates. Your balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are 100% non-refundable.
  • Reservations with less than 30 days notice require payment in full for all days reserved and are non-refundable.
  • In the event that you are unable to attend a tour with us you may choose to fill your spot with another guest (18 yrs or older) at no cost. We ask that the office be informed of the name change within 24 hours of the start of the tour.
